Violet has a huge bark and a heart to match.  A real "tomboy", she used to reluctantly get gussied up to go into the show ring, but would much prefer spending her time seeing how dirty she could get her white front feet. Athletic, powerful and rugged, Violet takes on everything with gusto, from diving in the water to chasing a squirrel up a tree. 

She also always does what you ask her to do....eventually.  Like the time during a water competition when she decided to abandon the course to swim after duck feathers that were floating around.  It is just Violet being Violet.  Truly a good natured free spirit who adds so much to our gang.
